KrayVkray : Guidelines

All users ( buyers, sellers, and advertisers) must strictly follow the below guidelines for using this platform:

For Buyers

Buyers ( means a person looking to purchase items or service listed on KrayVkray app across any category or subcategories) can explore the listed items and services. If they like anything, they must signup/signin to contact the seller. Buyers will first need to contact seller through chat. We suggest buyers to be fully convinced before proceeding further. All afterwards interactions and transactions will be whole and sole responsibility of the buyers and sellers.

For Sellers

Sellers ( means a person looking to sell his/her old/new items or services by listing on KrayVkray platform). Sellers must signup/sign in to post ads for selling. Sellers can not post items and services related to banned items (See Banned Items below). Sellers are not allowed to post items that violate copyrights and IPR or any other rules and regulations by the Government. Interested Buyers will contact Sellers firstly through chat. Sellers must be convinced before proceeding further. All afterwards interactions and transactions will be whole and sole responsibility of the buyers and sellers.

For Advertisers

KrayVkray app also provides a local advertising platform for small businesses, professionals and services. These entities must be registered to run their advertisements.

Banned Items

Following items and/or services are banned. No sellers/advertisers will be allowed to post ads for
Guns and weapons of any kind, Hazardous and radioactive materials, Chemicals of all kinds, Burglary tools, Pets and Live Animals prohibited under relevant law, Allopathic medicines, Surgical and medical equipments, Endangered animals and their organs/parts, Human organs, Alcohol and Tobacco products, Human blood, donation and charity, chit funds, pyramid schemes, MLM, Escort services, Adult and pornography contents, Lottery schemes, Misleading ads promising unrealistic benefits and promoting superstitions, items requiring special licenses and all other items prohibited by laws of Centre and State Governments.

*Please note that above list of banned items is only indicative and will mean to include anything and everything prohibited under laws of the Republic of India.

*Also note that users posting in banned categories will be reported to Government Authorities without any notice and may face prosecution.

Advisory and Government Regulations

All users (buyers, sellers and advertisers) are required to strictly follow Government rules and regulations and advisory regarding COVID 19 and other emergency and unforeseen situations, which may arise in future.

Fraudulent Activities

All users must be very cautious. Do not send and accept money/advance without being convinced. Do not share your bank details, UPI pin, ATM card details, ATM pin etc. Fraudsters may pose as Army Men, NGO, Bank officers etc. Please note that KrayVkray will not be responsible for your losses.
